    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
    • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and channel partners across Gujarat
    • Drive retail sales through effective market planning and execution
    • Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, billing, and collections
    • Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer outlets






    Field Service Engineer

    Location: Mumbai

    Qualification

    Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.

    Requirement

    • 1–3 years of experience in EVs, automobiles, or two-wheeler servicing preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of electric vehicle systems, batteries, controllers, and wiring.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.
    • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
    • Two-wheeler license mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform installation, servicing, and repair of electric two-wheelers.
    • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and battery-related issues.
    • Provide on-site technical support to customers and dealers.
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections.
    • Handle warranty repairs and service documentation.
    • Coordinate with the service team and report technical issues promptly.
    • Educate customers on vehicle usage, maintenance, and safety guidelines.
    • Ensure adherence to company service standards and timelines.

    Sales Promoter

    Requirement

    Experience in Customer Engagement & Communication, Product Demonstration, Lead Generation & Follow-ups, Retail & Field Sales Support

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote Motovolt Mobility electric vehicles at dealer showrooms and assigned locations
    • Approach and engage walk-in customers to explain product features and benefits
    • Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination
    • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

    Spare Parts Coordinator

    Location: Kolkata

    Qualification

    Graduate/above; Mechanical/Automobile preferred

    Requirement

    Should be from Auto OEM with experience in handling Spare Parts, Handling Forecasting, should have worked in Stock management and FIFO model, Inventory cost handling. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage EV spare parts inventory (battery, controller, motor, electrical & mechanical parts) using SAP to ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and dealer service centers.
    • Coordinate with dealers, service teams, and logistics partners for timely ordering, dispatch, and replenishment of spares to meet service SLAs.
    • Track consumption, critical spares, slow/non-moving inventory, and warranty parts, raising timely indents and corrective actions to prevent stock-outs or excess.
    • Maintain accurate SAP MIS and documentation for parts movement, GRN, invoicing, warranty returns, and audit compliance.
