Return & Refund Policy

We really hope you are thrilled while you are waiting to receive your first Motovolt. However, if for some reason you have a change of plans and wish to cancel your order, we offer to refund the full amount if cancellation is initiated within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation request to be entertained only once per customer.

*** The returns and refund policy is applicable only for those customers who have placed their order online at www.motovolt.co. Customers who placed the order at our retail points or other e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for option 2 as mentioned in the following section.

Cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel the order prior to its shipment, you can write to our customer support team at hello@motovolt.co with the subject line “Order cancellation – << Order number >> ” and the reason for the cancellation in the body of the e-mail.

Cancellation post shipment
Cancellation post shipment is currently not available.

Damaged, defective item, or wrong product delivered
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in case of an event where the product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement. You are requested to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product at hello@motovolt.co. While providing the order details opening video is mandatory. We will initiate the replacement process of either the whole or defective part(s) of the bike within 7working days post successful acknowledgment of the issue by our service team. Remarks on Delivery challan is mandatory in case damaged or tampered box is received.

No returns or replacement is applicable for accessories unless it has fitment issue or any other issue acknowledged by the company service team.
